Mr. Gijsbert Nollen, Chief Executive Officer
Gijsbert has been based in Asia for over twelve years, where he has provided project management services to develop, finance, manage and implement sustainable development projects. In recent years, he has focused on developing projects that effectively address on the poverty-environmental nexus.
He has twelve years of experience in advising clients from both the private and public sectors on sustainable development projects. He specializes in comprehensive problem solving, designing and setting up management schemes, analyzing and developing institutional frameworks, project management and advising on transactions.
Gijsbert holds a Masters in Law from Leiden University.
Charlie Cox
Charlie holds a Bachelors of Science and Engineering from Princeton University. At Princeton Charlie majored in Operations Research and Financial Engineering and minored in Engineering Management Systems. Charlie has extensive experience developing SPVs in emerging markets. His focus includes project acquisition and implementation, supply chain development and management, and carbon credit registration.
Milind Ghangrekar is an electrical engineer with academic credentials from Mumbai University and IIFT New Delhi, with a career spanning experience at Chola Thermal Power Station, PWH Materials Handling Ltd (now Thysen Krupp), and most recently Thermax Ltd as well as Nichrome India Ltd. At Thermax he was appointed Resident Manager Africa to manage Thermax’s business for East and South Africa for steam boilers and thermal oil heaters (including on biomass fuels) in process industry/Textiles/chemicals/food/hospitality sectors. He currently works for Nollen Group on an exclusive basis, designing integrated energy solutions for industrial clients.
Jayant Mehendale holds a Bachelor in mechanical engineering specializing in project appraisal, risk analysis, and project management. His career spans extensive work at assembly, installation & commissioning and maintenance of a variety of boilers: coil, shell and drum type, fired by a variety of fuels like wood chips, husks, light diesel oil, furnace oil and coal. He has significant experience in Africa, Australia and India, He is trained as an ISO 9002 Internal Auditor & Occupational Health &Safety for Managers
Mr. Hahn Ning Chou, Projects Partner in Asia Target-driven regional manager with a proven track record in exceeding revenue and profit budgets. Demonstrated leadership skills in developing and motivating teams in Asia Pacific, as well as liaising with global leaders. Effectively managed new and existing distributors, and improved relationship with strategic channel partners. Developed a healthy relationship with end-users across multiple industries through strong technical know-how in addition to a motivated approach.
